FAQ
How do we book a session with you?
To book a session with me, simply send me an email and I'll send you a link to my calendar where you can view my availability. Keep in mind that during peak wedding season (May to October), I book up fairly quickly so do consider reaching out to book a session about 3-4 weeks in advance.
What are the best locations for a portrait shoot?
I have a list of popular spots in and around the city here - https://farrahsanjariphotography.com/locations, but if you were to ask me what my absolute favourite location is, it's the Arboretum and Central Experimental Farm!
What should we wear for our session?
Aim to stay away from bold patterns, writing on shirts, and make sure that your clothes fit well. My editing style is bold and a bit saturated so keep that in mind when choosing your outfits!
What happens if it rains?
I monitor the weather pretty frequently a few days prior to a book session. If the weather isn't ideal on the scheduled of your session, I'll be in contact to reschedule it.
Do you offer extended family sessions?
Absolutely! I love photographing the whole gang. Please contact me for a price quote for larger family gatherings.
Do you offer studio sessions as well?
Absolutely! You can view a list of studios that I shoot out of at https://farrahsanjariphotography.com/locations. Studio rental fees are not included in the prices noted above. If you'd like to book an indoor studio session, please reach out to me.
What should we bring to the photo shoot?
A blanket is always a great item to bring along if you don't want to sit directly on the ground. If you have little ones, a bribe always goes a long way! And lastly, if you're bringing a pet, I recommend bringing someone along to take care of them if you don't want them in every single photo.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 to 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
